Not true! Had decompression done. Now has made my back worse!! Now my back
needs to be fused! Food for thought this is not a fun rodeo! When they talk
decompression in my opinion insist on a fusion cause you are going to have
to have it done sooner or later, especially if a decompression is done on
    you..

I think that ive had the condition since i was 21 doing hyperextentions
excessively in the gym trying to get rid of love handles. Been to
fysiotherapists on and off and finally at the age of 40 went for an MRI. 4
months ago i could still walk and have an active life and even jog! Now im
in a wheelchair. What the heck happened here?

I (as an orthopedic nurse) know the operation and revalidation are terrible
and i can not sleep on my back!!!!

Please advise, ill do ANYTHING to prevent surgery. Was thinking of
hydrotherapie. (Cant find any plan for spondylolisthesis though)
